Meet the Team

Our team brings a practical, coordination-focused approach to construction. We value clear communication, attention to detail, and understanding how each decision affects the wider project. The responsibilities assigned to each person depend on the project scope and the qualifications required for the work.

The People You Will Work With

Daniel McCoy

Founder and General Contracting Lead

Daniel grew up in the Huntington area and developed an interest in construction while helping relatives maintain older homes. He enjoys breaking complicated projects into manageable steps and believes that a clear conversation at the beginning can prevent unnecessary confusion later. He leads initial project discussions, scope planning, and construction coordination within the company's agreed responsibilities.

Sarah Thompson

Project Planning and Coordination

Sarah is from the wider Cabell County area and brings a detail-focused approach to project organization. She enjoys keeping schedules, selections, and outstanding questions organized so that everyone understands what needs attention next. Away from work, she likes tending a small vegetable garden and visiting local community events.

Michael Adkins

Construction Coordination

Michael has roots in the Huntington region and is particularly interested in how different construction tasks fit together. He pays attention to site readiness, material needs, and the sequence of work, helping identify issues that could affect the plan. He spends his free time outdoors and enjoys exploring the area's parks and walking trails.

How We Work Together

We begin by listening to the property owner's goals and reviewing the information available about the project. Before proposing a way forward, we consider the scope, site conditions, scheduling needs, materials, and any additional professional input that may be required. We explain the responsibilities included in our proposed services and identify questions that need to be resolved.

During the project, we focus on coordination and communication within the agreed scope. We discuss important decisions, changes, and known delays, and we work to keep the schedule and project expectations aligned. Construction can involve unexpected conditions, so we aim to respond with practical options and documented agreements rather than assumptions.
